~Spinach
Casserole~
10 oz. frozen spinach,
chopped
4 oz. canned water chestnuts
4 oz. veggie non-dairy cream cheese
1 1/2 T. tamari
1 medium onion
olive oil
bread crumbs
Sauté onion in olive oil for a few minutes, then add spinach and water chestnuts.
Next, stir in tamari and non-dairy cream cheese. Pour mixture into a 1 1/2
qt. casserole dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Cook for 20 minutes at 375
degrees
