~Miso
Soup~
A strip of wakame,
washed and cut into small pieces
1/2 onion, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
small hunk of ginger
2 T Barley Miso
Bring first ingredients to a boil and simmer 20 minutes. Dissolve 2 teaspoons
of barley miso in small amount of broth and then add to pot. Simmer a few
minutes more. Do not boil!
