| ~Millet~
1 cup of uncooked millet 2 cups water pinch of salt Put water on high flame. Wash millet and roast in skillet until dry and add to boiling water. When at a full boil, turn down to simmer and cook for 30 minutes. Turn off the heat and let sit for 20 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. BACK to Recipes Index |
