~Mixed Berry Pie~

1/2 cup maple syrup
4 T. quick cooking tapioca
3 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
pinch of salt
1 unbaked whole wheat pie crust

Precook piecrust. Combine berries, syrup, tapioca, and salt in a pan on medium-to-high heat. Cook until tapioca is dissolved. Pour contents into piecrust and top with Tofu Topping.
